Due to the nature of our business, exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of delivery date. Items can be returned for exchange of size only, within 10 days of receipt of item. There are no returns/exchanges on swimwear and wedding gowns.  No items will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). To obtain an RA# you can email us. All clearance items are non-refundable. The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package and on the return form included with your invoice. If this number is not on the return packaging the package will be refused and sent back. Items must be shipped back with a tracking number that you email to us at  icelebratemoms@aol.com before any exchanges can be shipped out.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. International orders are responsible for any duties charged by your country.   If you would like to exchange an item please write on the invoice the item you are returning and the item size you would like to receive in return. In order to serve you better we would like to know the reason for your return/exchange. Swimsuits and wedding dresses are not returnable or exchangeable.  Items must be returned with all the tags still intact, makeup and odor free in unworn resaleable condition.  Worn items or cleaned items cannot be returned.  Any credit card chargebacks will receive an  automatic $25 charge.  In-store credit will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected and is valid for 9 months.

WE HAVE FOUND THAT MOST RETURNS ARE CAUSED BY THE WRONG SIZE BEING ORDERED,  so if you have any questions or concerns on sizes please mail your questions to us so we may contact you with the answers. WE WANT HAPPY CUSTOMERS AND WILL WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN.
